I am thankful for the wonderful veterinarian who was so comforting and kind as we lost our dog to her battle with cancer yesterday. She was truly a member of our family and people like this vet are the memebers of our community whos kindness is sometimes overlooked.

I am thankful “the” Thrifty Mom – Sarah and the work she puts into this site that helps me save money each month. She finds us the deals and does the match ups that make this task a little easier and less intimidating for me. It is amazing to me how much money can be saved with a little extra time and effort put into my weekly grocery strategy shopping. My family is thankful too for some of the extra stuff we are able to buy now because our grocery bill has been signifigantly reduced – our favorite purchase from our savings since April – a new home, the money we saved on groceries significantly contributed to our down payment! THANK YOU SARAH!!!

It’s hard when you’re losing your home, to keep life in perspective. I’m thankful for my husband, because even when everything is crumbling around us, at least we’re in this together, instead of alone. I’m also thankful for our happy, healthy son. He makes the days so much more bearable.
I’m greatful for all the wonderful friends and family I have. Some of you whom I don’t even know but have helped me and others in ways you may never understand.

I am so thankful for my husband. With all of the emotional wreckage that I’ve been going through, he is still the one person I love being around and look forward to seeing every day. I know other women that are going through struggles that say if it wasn’t for their kids they’d leave their husband. When my children are fighting with each other and I feel I can’t take it anymore, I am thankful my husband has the calm sense to handle these situations.
I am grateful the most for my Dad this year. He was the most amazing father, friend, teacher, and person. I miss him but am so grateful for the time I had with him.

I am always grateful for a healthy family, trying not to take a small thing like feeling well for granted and be thankful that the kids are all healthy enough to get on our nerves
I am thankful for my little munchkins. I have three children and they, as most parents would say, are seriously the light in my life. They keep me going even when I don’t really want to get out of bed. They constantly bring laughter to our home and smiles to so many faces. I love just knowing that they are healthy and happy and that my husband and I are able to provide them with all of the things they need to grow, both physically and emotionally.
I am thankful for my wonderful husband and 5 beautiful children. I am especially grateful for the knowledge that we will be together as a family forever and for my Savior Jesus Christ and the love he gives to me each and everyday.

I am thankful for my family
I am so thankful that God provides all of our daily needs.
Many of us, myself included, have long taken our health for granted. Those of us born without congential defects, those of us who have not developed a deleterious disease, we do not fully understand and would hardly fathom what it would be like to loose the thing we are so accustomed to having that we never give it a second thought. I have only recently become aware of just how amazingly lucky I am to have my health – a realization that has come to me thanks to my first semester of nursing school. Now, more than ever, I am thankful for my health.
I am thankful for Jesus Christ and for this time of year that we have to reflect upon the birth and life of our Savior.
I am thankful for my family, my god, my country, and for all the wonderful people in this community that so freely give to others.
I am thankful for those people who show love for their neighbors and strangers alike.
I am thankful for my children. They have taught me so much more then I think I teach them.
I am thankful that God sent Jesus Christ to die so that his children might live in heaven with him forever. And that by God’s grace, he chose me to be one of these, as well as my family members. I am especially reminded of this as we enter the holiday season!
I am so thankful for my family and our health. This has been kind of a rough year healthwise, but they have been very minor things. It just reminds me that we are lucky that there are so many people out there who aren’t as lucky and are going through major things (like cancer). I am thankful that its just the little things,(like migraines) and not the major that plague my family.
