I am a stay at home mom with four wonderful kids. I have been married for over 10 years to my best friend. I am head over heels in love with him. He always supports my crazy "thrifty adventures". We have a lot of fun together. I was raised on a small dairy farm. Where I learned very young, the value of hard work and how to be thrifty in all areas of life. Growing up our meals were made from scratch. Only on special occasion would we get name brand cereal, chips, or any other fancy treats. Now that I am a Mom with my own budget, the basic foods always comes first. I too make most of our meals from scratch and take pride in feeding my family a well balanced healthy diet. I enjoy seeing how far I can make our budget stretch, and when I take the time to match sales with coupons I am able to get all those "fun & fancy" items that would other wise be out of my budget. Being thrifty has always been a way of life for me, but it has also become a real joy.

New coupons…and coupons reset
It is a new month so that means new coupons and many of the old ones have reset!!!!! I was very excited to see that the Milk and Yogurt coupon reset. Sharon the Milk ones state they are only to be used in Idaho and utah….plus some other zips are pulling up ones for their state…if id doesn’t pull up then they won’t work in your area….hope that helps
What zip code are you using to find milk coupons? I’m in CT, and there were no milk coupons.
If anyone was lucky enough to get one of these, it would pair nicely with an upcoming Albertson’s catalina I just found out about. It says if you spend $25 on your favorite Baby brands between 1/10/10 and 1/23/10 you will receive a coupon for $5 off your next shopping order. Some restrictions apply, see store for details, etc. But it might match up nicely!
