When I first signed up for this offer, I used my typical information. It said I had either already signed up for this offer using a different product or I was ineligible to use this offer. I used a different email address (all other information was the same) and it worked. Just in case any of your other readers run into this problem. I don’t remember signing up for this offer already, but they had all my information already.
