My Albertson’s coupons state you cannot use any other coupon with Albertson’s coupon. Clerks are sticking to that. So, how are you doing these deals?

Amy February 5, 2010 at 2:23 pm

Hi Sarah,

Do you know if a rain check from one Albertsons can be used at another? Just wondering if I can use the rain check I got from the Albies on Greenhurst at one in Meridian or Boise?

A Thrifty Mom February 5, 2010 at 3:08 pm

Amy I am not sure…I always use them at the same store…anyone else know?

amy c February 5, 2010 at 10:15 am

can you freeze sour cream?

A Thrifty Mom February 5, 2010 at 11:58 am

Amy if you freeze it …it changes texture…could maybe bake with it…but not eat it fresh…hope that helps. The dates on mine are good till middle of March so I will use it all up by then

Anyone who lives near a safeway..they have mission torillas on sale for .99 minus the coupon…great deal :)

I also found in my produce dept. (kind of hidden) a coupon for $1.00 off produce wyb 2 Kraft dressings. I also read that starting Feb. 5th there is a catalina deal starting Buy 2 Kraft Dressings get $1 OYNO, buy 3 get $2 OYNO buy 4 get $3 OYNO.

There is a Healthy savings coupon book at Albertson’s right now. In that book is a $1.00 coupon for Fresh Express salad. Pair that with the Albertson’s store coupon today and it is $.47 for a bag of salad.

There is a Hebrew National coupon for $1 off 1 at Simple and Delicious that you can use for the buy $20, get $5 deal. Also, the Recession Payback (silly) game has $1 off 3 Manwich. Oddly enough, it seems to have reset for me. I printed more this morning. Remember to close the print window after you print your first one and then hit your back arrow to print another without having to play that game again!

The buy $20 get $5 onyo also works with the ConAgra “Rediscover Offer”. Buy $10 in participating brands & get $25 in add’l savings (assume these savings are coupons and have no idea how good they might be?). Here’s the link for the offer http://www.allyou.com/static/pdf/all-you-post-holiday.pdf

And what about the Coke and Edy’s ice cream coupon posted here on 1/19? Can you use just the coke coupon (not the Edy’s) with the DiGornio or CA Pizza offer where you get 4-12 paks of Coke for $2.25 ea? If so, it would be a sweet deal for coke lovers. The coupon doesn’t have the watermark however so am wondering if it’s ok to use??

Thank you for any help on this!

Liz February 2, 2010 at 10:34 pm

So the 17 dollars in manufactured coupons, I’m thinking I can’t use any other coupons with those?

A Thrifty Mom February 2, 2010 at 10:42 pm

Liz…yes they are MFR so they can not be used with other coupons

Kerstin February 2, 2010 at 10:16 pm

I just emailed you but it looks like you caught the cream cheese coupon as $1 off 4 so it’s all good. :)

Shelley February 2, 2010 at 8:38 pm

I super love your blog!! Thanks so much for helping all of us!! :)

Karen S February 2, 2010 at 5:35 pm

Hi! I am curious what state you live in as I live in Chesapeake, VA and your Albertsons ads always look like our Farm Fresh ads. I can count on what you post to be in our ad on Wed! So, Thanks!

A Thrifty Mom February 2, 2010 at 7:47 pm

Karen I live in Idaho

Kari February 2, 2010 at 5:12 pm

Where these are manufacturer Q’s, can they be used at other stores?

Vanessa February 2, 2010 at 3:15 pm

If we can ever get ahold of those new Albertson’s coupon books (the one with the hands holding strawberries), there is a Fresh Express coupon in it.

Jenn February 2, 2010 at 3:13 pm

Thanks Sarah! You make my life so much easier!!

Vanessa February 2, 2010 at 3:07 pm

Did you already know about the $1 off 1 mission tortilla printable? Here is the link I used. I have already printed my limit so I can’t test to see if it still works.

OMG wow this is amazing!!!!!

Ashley February 2, 2010 at 1:15 pm

You are AMAZING! That was such a good trip!

Lisa B. February 2, 2010 at 1:11 pm

How many transactions did this take? (I’m SO impresssed!)

Jason Condit February 2, 2010 at 12:37 pm

That is amazing. Any chance you could convince Albertson’s to open up a store in Michigan? They would give Meijer a run for their money with these deals. :)
