Been a crazy day, and I feel like I have been running in circles all day. I feel a bit overwhelmed, so why is it when I pull a fresh batch of Chocolate Chip Zucchini Muffins out of the oven I feel like super woman, or maybe Martha Stewart… just for a moment. It gives me just enough energy to clean up the empty muffin wrappers I will find tossed behind the couch… thanks to my not so obedient children LOL.
