Breaking Bad Inspired Ornament, Great Gift Idea
Ok, I admit, I don’t like the show Breaking Bad. But my husband does. And so does his brother and dad. So when I saw the sprinkles in the store and they reminded me of the blue drug the characters in the show make, I knew I had to make something with it.
We do ornaments each year for each member of our family. It is impossible to find ones for my husband, this is perfect for a super fan of this popular favorite! It is definitely one of those things that isn’t for everyone, but could make a really funny gift or gag gift!
You will need:
blue sprinkles
glass ball ornament
green vinyl
This is so easy, thrifty and quick! All you have to do is poor the sprinkles into the glass bulb. Use a funnel if you want. I poured the whole bottle in one ornament. I didn’t want it full, just some in the bottom.
Once you have the sprinkles in, it is time to put your vinyl on the outside. I know I have mentioned my love for my Silhouette cutter. You guys, seriously. This machine is amazing. I use mine all of the time.
To cut this shape,I traced the logo in my Silhouette software and cut it out of green vinyl. I then used transfer tape to attach it to the ornament. I love the way that it turned out!
I think that it will definitely be a memorable gift to say the least!
