Thanks to Dr. Praeger’s for sending me 10 amazing (healthy I might add) products to try. Now I know what many of you are thinking, healthy often equals lack of flavor.  I was excited to try these products out and see what my family would think of them.  I picked the following products to try…

I enjoyed them all, some more than others but all were tasty and gobbled up by my little ones.  BUT if I was to pick a favorite… hands down it was the Meatless All American Burger.  Simply take out of the package, place under the broiler for 8-10 minutes and you have a hot, juice, flavorful burger.  I am not sure how they do it, but it tastes and looks JUST LIKE a beef patty!   But at only 130 calories, 0 saturated or Trans fat, 0 Cholesterol… it is not only good tasting but GOOD for you as well.
