Caldwell Fine Arts provides music, dance, and art programs in schools and at Jewett auditorium for thousands of area children each year. For some, these programs represent the only live artistic performances they will ever see. This race will help keep these programs in the schools for another year. Moisture-wicking sport shirts, treats after the race, great raffle prizes, and mini-massages make this one race not to be missed!

Beat Beethoven 5K Run/Walk

Prizes will be awarded to the top male, female, and child finishers, but everyone who crosses the finish line before the end of Symphony Number 5 is a winner and will receive a voucher good for admission to a great Caldwell Fine Arts event.  You’ll love your upgraded sweat-wicking sports shirt and goodie bag.  Enjoy after-race refreshments provided by Bon Appetit Catering.  The Milan Institute will be on hand giving race participants mini-massages at no cost and we will draw numbers for great raffle prizes.  What a better way to spend a fall Saturday and support a good cause.  Register online at Active.com (search Caldwell Fine Arts).  Just one question remains…Can You Beat Beethoven?

If you are local then I would like to ask you to think about helping Spencer Christensen with his Eagle Scout project.  He will be hosting a Blood Drive in Caldwell on August 20th.  He still needs another 30 volunteers to sign up to donate blood.

I have known Spencer for  6 years now and have always been impressed with his kind heart and willingness to help others.  I am not able to give blood due to having donor tissue from a surgery when I was younger…. But I would love to be able to help him meet his goal and earn his Eagle Scout award.

Remember the gift that is inside of each one of us, can save another persons life!

Mandy and Kathy from Simply Stylin Salon came to support our big give back event Save Lives Save Money in June.  They were so sweet and after meeting them I wanted to be sure and stop by next time I needed a trim.  I did not know were they were located, but much to my surprise found out they are right in Caldwell and I drive by their salon all the time.

I was so surprised then I walked inside to see such an upscale salon, not what I was expecting at all!  By far the nicest place I have ever had my hair cut!
