What would you have done?
On Monday night I went to Kmart, I had my daughter with me so I was having a hard time focusing. ?I was a little frustrated because most the items I went to get were out of stock. ?Once I paid I got home and realized I had 2 Herbal Essences shampoos in my bag. ?My first thought was great they charged me for someone else’s shampoo. ?I looked at my receipt and the shampoo was not on there……so basically I got 2 free bottles of shampoo. ? But I did not pay for them….. it was not my mistake, ?SO should I have kept them? ?
I wrapped them back in the Kmart bag and put them in my purse. ?Last night I took them into the customer service desk, I told the girl I wanted to bring these back. ?I told her they had been placed in my bag by mistake and I had not paid for them. ?She just kind of looked at me with this glazed look….like are you for real lady. ?She thanked me and that was the end of it. ? No one would have ever known ?if I had not returned them. ?I could have just thought of it as my lucky day and kept them. ?But I would have known that I had kept something that was not mine. ?So do you think I was crazy, what would you have done?

Who wants some FREE gum?
This week at Kmart they are doubling coupons up to $2, (which would double to $4.)
I just wanted to let you all know about a coupon that is available right in the Kmart store. It will make Wrigley’s 10 packs of gum FREE after the double. ?At the customer service desk they have an ad, ?they keep it out all month long called Dollar days. ?On page 24 of this ad there is a Manufacturer coupon for $1 off any Wrigley’s 10 pack. ?These packs are on sale for 3 for $5, so after the double they are FREE. ?Now that is a Thrifty deal!

This was my first time doing the Kmart double coupons. ?I don’t normally shop at Kmart, So finding the items I needed took a little more time than normal. ?Most the great DOUBLE items were out of stock and ?I also had my daughter with me, which made it hard to focus….. ?So I was a little disappointed but this is what I came a way with.
Sobe life water $1
Used the .50 cents coupon hooked to them in the store, store double
Final price FREE
Kotex pads $3.49
Used ?the $1 coupon from the 1/11 smart source, store double
Final price $1.49
Gillette Mens Shampoo 2 for $9.00
Used Two $2 coupons ?from 1/18 P&G coupon insert, store double
Final price .50 cents each
2 Kelloggs Rice Krispys Treat $3.99
Use two ?$1 coupons , they ?were peelies from some I bought last month, store double
Final price $1.99
They said ?a new shipment should come?on Wednesday so I might check back to see what else I can find.
Funny Story- ?Tonight when I was at Kmart I ran into a couple that I went to High School with. ?They did not recognize me at first. ?I have to admit I was kind of glad, I was a little embarrassed that I was shopping with my big coupon binder in the front of my cart. ?I saw them again a few minutes later……much to my surprise she had a king size COUPON BINDER in the front of her cart too. ?It had to be 4 times the size of mine. ?So I said hello and we had a fun little chat. ?I am always shocked to see who is as into coupons as me!

25 coupons per person per day
No Internet printable coupons
You can only buy 4 of the same item in each transaction
A few tips that might help you
Only buy a few items at a time, Make sure you know what your total should be after your coupons.
Bring all your coupons with you, so you can match coupons with unexpected finds.
Don’t buy it just because you have a coupon, Make sure it is a good price after the double.
Make sure you item rings up at the sale price, or clearance price.
