    I was at Target today and Mach 3 razor blades (5pk.) are on clearance for $6.64, these are normally over $13 so it’s like half off!! Plus they also have a 5 pk. and the razor with a blade for a total of 6 blades on clearance for $10 in the big brand section. Thanks  Alexis

    Thanks to Ashley for these deals,

    I just wanted to pass on an awesome money maker deal I scored at Target today!!! I found Perfect 10 hair color on clearance today for only $5.94. I had coupons for $2/1 from the paper a couple weeks ago. The amazing part is that when the cashier rung them up she said that they both got a $5.00 target card back!! So I ended up making $1.06 each!

    I also found dove deodorant in the travel section for $1.00 and used a $1.50 off any two dove deodorant coupon from the paper a few weeks ago. So, I got some for $0.25 each!

    Please remember that the hair color was on clearance so it may not be at every Target, but it is a great thing to keep your eyes open for.  For more Target deals click here.

    Just wanted to let you know I went to Target on Monday and used the BOGO Free Coupon from 5/17 Smart Source (Buy One Box of Ritz get a box of any Wheat Thin variety FREE). You buy one box of Ritz crackers for $2.99, use the Target coupon for $1 off Ritz and the $1 off Printable. The box of Wheat Thins is FREE so you pay $.99 for two boxes of crackers. I bought them in Nampa and had no problem and my sister bought some at the Eagle/Chinden location and had no problem either.

    I went to Target and noticed that they had Organix shampoo and conditioners that have a Try Me for Free Rebate up to a $6.99 value, you pay just for the tax. It takes about 10 weeks to get your check, and they had a few different choices to pick from including coconut and pomegranate.

     I am writing to see if you can help on a Target policy. I went to my local Super Target and was told they do not accept internet coupons, even their OWN Target printables. I then went on to the next Target. Once at checkout some of the coupons would not go through even though I had the correct items. The manager came over and told me that the coupon only works for the item in the picture on the coupon!!! For example, $1.00 off ANY kraft salad dressing shows a picture of Ranch dressing, so she said I can only use it on that product. This is ridiculous, some coupons do not even have pictures… help!!!

    Answer:

    I personally think the hardest part of couponing is the constant changing rules from store to store.  Most the time  staff is  not trained well, they do not know why it does not work so they make up some silly answer.  I had this happen to me at Target about 3 months  ago the cashier flat out refused to even scan my coupons.  I did not want to make a big deal out of it…..so I then talked to the manager she also could not give me an answer.  I asked her were I could get a copy of the coupon rules for Target, she told me their was no such thing.  I then called Target relations.  I explained  that I love to shop at their store but I do not love that I am told something different every time I walk in the store.  I would like a list of the coupon policies for Target, so I can be a more informed shopper.  The email below is what they sent me.  After this they contacted my local store and have trained them better.  I have to say that they are much more  ” coupon friendly” and I feel better about shopping there because I know the rules.  I would suggest you first speak to the local manager, if they are not able to help you, then can Target relations and let them know of what happened.  Hope this helps, this is the email they sent me.

     

    Dear Sarah ,
    Thanks for asking us about using coupons at Target. Coupons are a great way to save even more when shopping with us, and it’s easy to use them at our stores. Because of the variety of coupons available to our guests, we do have some guidelines for how coupons can be redeemed at Target.

    When accepting coupons, we use the following guidelines:

    - We accept two kinds of coupons: Target-issued and manufacturer-issued.
    - We’ll accept one Target coupon and one manufacturer coupon for the same item, unless either coupon prohibits it.
    - We can’t give cash back if the face value of a coupon is greater than the purchase value of the item; in this case, we’re able to adjust the value of the coupon to equal the price of the item.
    - We can’t accept coupons from other retailers, or coupons for products not carried in our stores.
    - All valid coupons should be presented to the cashier while you’re checking out.

    For questions about using a specific coupon, we encourage you to stop by Guest Service and ask to speak with the Guest Service Team Leader. They’ll do their best to help while you’re in the store. If you still have questions after speaking with them, please call our Guest Relations team at (800) 440-0680. Either way, we’re here to help!

    Free Purell Hand Sanitizer

    purell1There is a new coupon out that is $2.00 of ANY 2 Purell Hand Sanitizer.  Being that is says “any” you can use it on the .99 cent Trail size found at Target.  Buy 2, use 1 coupon and they are FREE.  I am sure they will to quick, so hurry and print yours.  Like always these will sell out at your local stores quick. Don’t worry the coupon is good till 6/29/09 so you have plenty of time to find them in stock.  I have also seen these at Walmart, and Walgreens so you might look there too.  Click HERE for the coupon link.
