Winco has 2lbs brown sugar for 1.48 with the along .55/1 got it for .93  the store brand was 1.18  I didn’t notice any others as my pantry needed brown sugar.

Readers Update***I was at the Walmart on Overland and they have the BIG Snuggle (50 loads) for 3.97. I thought it was a pretty good deal with the 3.00 off coupon. Not sure if the other Walmarts will have it at the same price.

Update….. Oh darn looks like this does not work.  The coupon is for 32 loads and these are the 26 load bottles.  I missed that, YES even I make honest mistakes.  I bought 5 of these yesterday ( with kids and truing to hurry, I overlooked it)

You may have seen this story on the news.  But I wanted to make sure you knew that Winco has recalled ground beef that was sold in Styrofoam containers between March 28 and April 9 because it may contain ecoli.
This recall involves seven western states including Idaho.  After talking to someone at the Meridian store I was told to bring in the beef and they would refund me my money no receipt required. If anyone has meat that may have been contaminated I would definitely destroy it or take it back for a refund. Ecoli is a serious thing.

At Winco today I found Tuna Helper priced at 98 cents. Many of the boxes have peelies that say $1.00 of any tuna fish with the purchase of a tuna helper. The Hy-top tuna is 48 cents. That makes one box of Tuna Helper and a can of tuna only 46 cents. And if you use the .75 of 3 boxes of hamburger/tuna helper, It makes it only 23 cents for both. I bought 6 boxes of tuna helper and 6 cans of tuna for $1.38 plus tax. The cashier wasn’t really excited about the hamburger/tuna helper coupon (internet printable) but after conferring with the manager they decided to take them. YMMV! Good luck!

I don’t know if you have seen the winco ad but they have navel oranges on sale for 18 cents a pound again limit 10lbs and 10lb bags of russett potatoes for 68 cents each limit one, Beef petite sirloin steaks only $1.88  You can go to http://www.wincofoods.com/index.html to view their weekly ad. Deals good till 3/7.

I called my local store and they are NOT PART OF THIS PROMO….it looks like it is only for the new store in Vancouver WA.  Hope this helps some of my Washington readers get a Thrifty Deal.

I just purchased some SaraLee Apple pies at Winco this morning (Thursday) for $1.98 if I had my coupon for $1 off with me it would have only been $0.98 for a pie a Great deal!
