I love this fast and easy recipe for dill dip. It will be the hit of your party or bbq, it is even good as a spread for sandwiches or burgers.  It is best if made the day before the event so the flavors have lots of time to blend. It can also be made last minute if needed.  Hope you enjoy this recipe as much as our family does.

You will need:

One and half cup Sour Cream
A cup mayonnaise
One tbsp Dill Weed
A single tsp Garlic powder
Single tsp Onion powder
Half tsp Granulated beef bouillon
Salt and pepper  to taste (about 1/4 teaspoon each)

In a small bowl add the dill weed, garlic powder, onion powder, beef bouillon and salt and pepper. Mix well and set aside. In a medium sized bowl (3 cup bowl) with a lid (the lid helps with easy storage) add mayonnaise and sour cream. Fold together until creamy and smooth. Add in the seasoning mix well. Chill for 1 hour minimum, best if chilled 24 hours. Serve with your favorite Rye Bread, chips, pretzels, bagel chips or veggies. Garnish with a pinch of dill weed just before serving.

Take out the beef bullion and instead add celery salt and a tablespoon of parsley. Much better and more tasty, in my humble opinion. 🙂
