My hubby clips my coupons for me every week and he even goes dumpster diving for me! He LOVES how much we have gotten for free and is even on the look out for coupons and deals he can do. One time he got sick and needed some medicine and spent 30 min on the computer looking for a coupon for it before he went. once he found one he kept looking just to be sure he couldn’t find a better one. Then he went to the store and came home with the generic and said “I couldn’t buy it the other one because it was still more expensive thent he generic, even with the coupon.” My heart jumped at the thought of how thrifty he really was and how much he has changed. He was such a big spender and frivilous with his money before we got married. I am so proud of him.

My hubby helped me with the coupon binder while we shopped our “regular” shopping trip. We saved over $15 with just counting the $1 and $2 coupons we used.

He works at the “W” and his co-workers kept seeing us as we shopped. They all had to stop to see my coupon binder.

It probably rang that way because the scanner caught the UPC code from one of the bottles, not the case UPC. That’s a loss for the company. Check that amount of CRV (if applicable).

I’m more thrifty than most ladies… Coupons has now just rounded out my portfolio. I’ve taken over the coupon planning, acquisition, and shopping. I think one cashier at Albertsons sees me so much, she thinks we have a relationship now.

Well we’re not married yet, (though we might as well be…people we meet always think we are because we apparently act like an old married couple! Heh) but my boyfriend *has* caught the bug. He made a site complete with photos of all the free stuff we’ve gotten, and whenever I come home from the store he wants to see my receipt to see how much I saved! Also, when I’m at my place he calls me up and tells me what things he’s making himself for dinner from his well-stocked (by me!) pantry and freezer…which always makes me smile.

My husband is very thrifty. More so with building supplies and household projects. He was able to recycle a tear down on his job site(alot of pressure treated plywood)and helped to build his mom a 10 X 14 storage shed for less than $50. He loves the $$ we save for us, our family and community. We donate our overstocked items to a local charity. God has blessed us and we just feel the need to pass our blessings on.

My husband and first gave me a hard time with all the couponing and looking for good deals but after I bought those post cereals a while back he became more in ahh of what we could save. Now he tells the guys at work what I bought and how I saved money. It’s nice to know that he is proud of me. Now he values what I do. It’s great for all of us:)

My husband thought I was a bit crazy when i started my coupon craze. I finally took him to the store with me to see it in action. I dragged him around Albertsons picking up items on sale. When the items rang up at $88.00 I thought he was going to freak. He kept saying I thought you were saving money. I told him to hold on and wait for the coupons to go through. When the total came down to $18.00 he just started smiling. He told me he would stop questioning my coupons and just tell me good job!

My hubby loves to go couponing with me! He goes with me every week It is like our date night…haha He tells people about your website and how much you have helped us save. He gets so excited when he is telling them his savings and explaining to them how it works….I just love it!

My son has started doing coupons with me as well. He has his own coupon binder….and he says “and I don’t want any junk ones mom”

We both check your blog SEVERAL times a day! Thanks Sarah for all the work that you put into your blog to help us out!!! YOU ROCK!!!

My husband is always trying to convert his co workers to couponing. He tells them all about our stockpile and how much I save. It’s kinda sad, because they are all pretty much living beyond their means, yet they look at my husband like he is crazy!

My Husband is thrifty sometimes and he surprises me with it. Like just yesterday, he had to buy a replacement multi-tool, which can range from $50-$100….this might seem like a lot for a tool that he wears on his belt but he’s active duty ARMY and he uses it several times a day. And he proudly told me that he didn’t choose the most expensive version.

My husband and I love your blog! We read it all of the time. I started getting in to couponing a little and then my husband got on the couponing train and we are both addicted. We love seeing the great deals that we can get and we love passing them on to our friends and family.

For awhile people thought it was silly but when they started getting free stuff because we stocked up on the free stuff so we could give some to them they realized it wasn’t a bad deal.

It seems like I get a text or instant message from my husband at least once a day telling me about some new deal that I haven’t had time to find yet.

It has become our favorite pastime and somewhat of a game. I’m pretty sure this is what will get us through law school haha

Yes….he loves a good deal!
I told me he was proud of the money that I have been saving…We have 8 children…6 still at home. Some old enough to “enjoy” couponing with me. My 10 yr old especially enjoys it when I save more than I spent!
