I am a stay at home mom with four wonderful kids. I have been married for over 10 years to my best friend. I am head over heels in love with him. He always supports my crazy "thrifty adventures". We have a lot of fun together.
I was raised on a small dairy farm. Where I learned very young, the value of hard work and how to be thrifty in all areas of life. Growing up our meals were made from scratch. Only on special occasion would we get name brand cereal, chips, or any other fancy treats. Now that I am a Mom with my own budget, the basic foods always comes first. I too make most of our meals from scratch and take pride in feeding my family a well balanced healthy diet.
I enjoy seeing how far I can make our budget stretch, and when I take the time to match sales with coupons I am able to get all those "fun & fancy" items that would other wise be out of my budget. Being thrifty has always been a way of life for me, but it has also become a real joy.

Amber is should be $25 before coupons. so the coupons could take it way down…thats why Albertsons promos are so great

I have a question regarding Albertson’s catalinas. If there is a sale that if you buy $25.00 worth of certain products to get a $10 catalina can I buy just $25 and coupon it down below the $25 and still get the $10 catalina? Or does it have to be $25.00 after you use coupons?

SHelby, a catalina print outs with a code on it you then put that code in on a website listed on the paper. You print your ticket from home ticket is good till 8/09

SAMS Club has some great clearance. Yesterday I went to look. Items in the code with a C for clearance, and those ending in 1 especially 81 are super clearance. I found a gal. of Aloe Vera Juice for $1.11; a #1 pkg of dried fruit for $1.81 SunCoast pineapple or tropical for $1.81; 2# pkg of garlic butter croutons for $2.44; Noni original Biscotti for $4.44; and Stephens CandyCane Cocoa 22pkg for $1.81.
Is this deal only at Albertsons?

Stopped at my Meridian Cherry Plaza little olde Albertsons tonight. They have cases of Carnation Evaporated Milk for .50. They had lots and it had a November expiration date. This was near the cheese and biscuits in the back.
