FREE Printable Valentines ~  I’m Totally Hooked On You Gummy Worm Valentine

I love FREE Printables, and easy gift ideas.  I love this bright  and festive Valentines gift idea! I think I will print off the tag and put it on small baby food jars filled with worms for my son pre-school class.

Gummy Worm Valentine Jar Materials ­

• 1 large bag of gummy worm candies, any brand (I used Trolli)
•  white card stock
• mason jars
• Twine or ribbon
• Single hole punch

Directions ­

#1. Wash and dry the jars.

#2. Once the jars are completely dry, pour the Gummy Worms into the jar filling all the way to the top.

#3. Close and seal with the lid.

#4. Print and cut out the gift tag. Use the single hole punch to make a hole in the top of the gift tag. Finally, string the twine through the gift tag attach to the jar.
