I have been ordering Gevalia since 1986, and I love the product and the service. Can’t say enough good things about it. My friends and family always compliment me on my coffee, and I’ve given it as a gift to friends to try it out and fall in love with it as well. As for my Gevalia Coffee Review, it is the best coffee and customer service around.
The Entertainment Book! It was only $15. I got my thriftiness (cheapness?) from my Dad so I know he will love it.
My family is more into making memories than getin material things. Thats our new moto. When I was in Walgreens the other day I saw these green braclets in a basket on the counter w/ Boise Hawks logo around them. I asked what they were and how much they are. The cashier told me they were free and also said it gets you a 1st base seat at a Boise Hawks game on a Wednesday night for $1! You can also get dollar hot dogs, pop corn, ice cream sandwiches, & snow cones.
This will be a great way to create a memory for our family for Fathers Day!
Discount Queen blog has more info on it http://discountqueens.blogspot.com/2009/05/1-wednesdays-at-boise-hawks.html
I ordered a Father’s Day card from Walmart’s website. I uploaded a picture of our 9 month old son and included my own personalized message and had it delivered to the store. 43 cents including tax. Beats the heck out of a $4.00 card and it’s one he’ll treasure.
All National Park have free admission that whole weekend! We are only a two hours drive from Yellowstone but haven’t been there in years. We’ll take dad and a picnic.

i found this for 15.52 and it has free shipping. i got one for my dad!
I always make my hubby his favorite Olive Garden meal at home by using a knock off recipe from topsecretrecipes.com. He loves it.
My kids always make him these cute little coupon books for special things like breakfast in bed,10 extra kisses or hugs a day, wash the car ect.. They are really cute!
Forgot to mention…I spent $5 total!
After signing up for the Michael’s newsletter I used my 50% off coupon to buy an art kit with two mugs and markers for my two daughters to decorate for their Dad. He’s a huge hot cocoa drinker so these will be great!
Trying to find more thrifty deals but so far I have gotten my dad the Gevalia and Boca Java coffee deals! Both for just $7.95!
My husband LOVES hanging with his kids. At a yard sale, I found a “like new” electronic dart board for $3. Absolutely no wear and tear. The seller said she bought it for her hubby and he only used it a couple of times. My hubby will love teaching his kiddos to play. I also found a HUGE coffee mug at Dollar Tree that says “AWESOME DAD”. Those were my frugal buys from the children.
At Bed Bath and Beyond they have a little kit for $4.99. Its permanet colored markers and a ceramic plate to decorate. Use a 20% off coupon and it will be less. I’m also thinking you can buy markers at the craft store and a cheap ceramic plate separately for less too?
I just ordered a 20-page photo book and just paid $5 shipping. It’ll be a gift for the kids’ grandpa. I loved their site and layouts. http://photobooksetc.blogspot.com/2009/05/get-free-photo-book.html
