Directions:

  • Mix 3 1/4 cup of Thrive Macaroon Cookie Mix with
  • 1/2 cup of boiling water
  • Blend on low speed until smooth
  • Let batter sit for 5 mins.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  • Drop dough by spoonful onto greased or paper-lined cookie sheet.
  • Bake for 15 mins or until the edges are golden brown
  • Makes 1 dozen cookies!
