I was happy to see double coupons for Albertson in the Idaho Press Tribune as well as an insert from P&G. Many of you left comments on my blog today, life has been a little crazy at my house. I have to remember that family always comes first and my blog comes 2nd. I hope to be feeling better tomorrow with all my thrifty deals.

If you buy your Sunday papers from the news stand MAKE SURE you look to see if the coupons are in them. There has been a huge problem with people stealing the coupons from the papers and not buying the paper. You are out of luck if your coupons are missing from the news stand. But If you get the paper delivered to your home ,and have a subscription with them, and if for any reason your coupons or inserts are missing CALL THEM SUNDAY MORNING ASAP!!! They will be happy to bring out your missing inserts but they need to have you call in time to get on that days re-deliver route. For the Idaho Press Tribune customer service call 208-467-9252

I didn’t have any doublers in any of my 4 papers I get. I called and they said that they ran out!!! LAME!!
I think they tax on the product pre coupons. Sometimes I pay way more in tax than the items that I am buying. In UT our doubles were in the actual paper and not and insert. Keeps people from stealing them.
I was just wondering how Albertson add they tax on the subtotal. I’m looking at my receipts and find out that the tax on the subtotal is more than 6%. Thanks for all your tips on good deal.
I have never had a problem with them re-delivering my papers! I call in the morning and they delivered that day and the second time the next morning!! I love the press tribune!
I have been missing one of my Sunday papers. I called this morning early and I was told that the earliest I could it redelivered was Tuesday when all of the left over papers for the day make it back to their office. Just an FYI.
I got a great deal from the Idaho Statesman for Sundays and holidays only 50 cents a week. That just ended a couple weeks ago and I have been telling myself that I’ll buy my paper at Walmart.. of course I never end up remembering or making it there!
