Monkey Bread Recipe with Rhodes Rolls

Monday I posted my Menu Plan and I showed a photo of the Monkey Bread I made for breakfast.  I had a few of you request the recipe so I wanted to pass it along to you all.  It is SUPER easy to make and best of all you can make it the night before, then just pop it in the over and bake it in the morning.

You will need

Mix the cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl and set aside. Take the butter and coat the inside of the pan, sprinkle half the sugar and cinnamon mixture into the bottom of the pan.  Place frozen Rhodes rolls into the pan.  Sprinkle the rest of the sugar mixture on the top of the rolls.  Cover pan with plastic wrap and set aside to rise.  The rolls will be ready to bake once they rise, this can take as little as 3 hours…. but I make them late at night. Then I set them on the counter and bake them in the morning,  which gives them about a 5-7 hour rise time.  Bake at 350 for 15-20 mins.  Once they are done, flip pan onto a serving platter while hot…. they should come right out of the pan. Enjoy!
