Target has just released a new way to get coupons! You can now sign up forTarget’s Mobile Coupons.You will receive exclusive Target store coupons that can be stacked with mfg coupons. The cashier will scan the barcode on your phone to use the coupon.
The website states that you will get your monthly offers via text message with a link to a barcode that can be scanned at checkout. The same barcode can be used for multiple one-time-only coupon deals throughout the month. Offers always arrive on a Sunday. Standard message and data rates apply.
It is unclear at this time if these coupons will be the same as the coupons in the generator or entirely different coupons. Either way, this is a new and exciting way to save at Target.
You can also sign up to have the weekly ad sent to your phone as well as Target’s daily online deals. They also have an iPhone app and mobile gift cards. You can see more on their mobile offerings here.

I don’t think you can use them without internet access. They provide a link to a website. And when I tried to use mine on Sunday, it wouldn’t even scan…not sure they’ve perfected the whole thing yet!
The target mobile coupons are good, but how do you use them if you don’t have internet access on your phone?
