I found this info on another website:

Target: Price Match Policy Changed AGAIN!
I can't believe that Target once again has decided to change their Price Match Policy! They just changed it last week and for some reason they're at it again! Now basically their new Low Priced Promise Guarantee states that Target coupons won't really be allowed during price matching.

This is the new wording:

Target Coupons:
Target coupons will be applied before the price match is made. If the competitor price is still lower than the price after the Target coupon has been deducted, the ad match can be adjusted to match the competitor's price.

Combining both a Target and Manufacturer Coupons:
The Target coupon will be applied before the price match is made. If the competitor price is still lower than the price after the Target coupon has been deducted, the ad match can be adjusted to match the competitor's price. Once the price match is made the manufacturer coupon will be applied.

*********************************************

I personally don't have a problem with them having a price match policy with a list of exclusions. My issue is that... well, you can't keep changing it! This just makes it more confusing for customers and very frustrating! Plus, the Target policy is called "Our Low Price Promise"---in my opinion, they definitely aren't taking the initiative to follow through with the "Promise" part! What do you all think?
