This makes enough for two people.

1 – Butterball’s fully cooked smoked turkey dinner sausage (the links)
1- red onion
1- bell pepper

Heat 2 tbsp of olive oil in skillet.  Slice the above ingredients and add to skillet.  Cook until onions and peppers are sauteed to the texture of your liking.

Serve with a veggie and roll, put it in a pita pocket, or serve on brown rice or whole wheat pasta.

We eat this at least once a week since it is so easy, quick, and cheap.

I have a question on the newspaper baskets that you make for your seedlings. Can you post directions on how to make them.

Thrifty Recipe crock pot meal: 1 bag egg noodles- boiled 2 cans chunk chicken-drained 2 cans chicken broth 2 chicken bullion cubes (crushed if possible) I boil the egg noodles first. in a crockpot I put the 2 cans of drained canned chicken, the 2 cans chicken broth and teh 2 chicken bullion cubes witha bit of salt and pepper. just add the boiled noodles and a bit of water if needed and let simmer in the crock pot til tender. we eat this with buttery crackers.
