Using up those FREE biscuits

For those of you who are new to my site you might wonder what I am talking about when I talk about using up all my FREE biscuits. Well a few weeks ago Albertsons had an amazing sale and I was able to get about 20 cans of biscuits for free. Now just because they were free does not mean they don’t have value, and I don’t want them to go to waste. We have been eating a lot of biscuits but they don’t seem old because we have had fun making them into many different meals. Tonight for dinner we had dill chicken bread bakes. I put 2 chicken breasts in the crock pot with dill seasoning, garlic and onion powder and half a cup of water. Let it cook for 3 hours, diced that up and added, a brick of cream cheese, 2 TBS of chopped onion, 1/4 cup celery chopped fine. Spread out 2 large biscuits, squishing them together to make on large flat biscuit. Add the chicken cream cheese mixture to the middle. Then cut the sides of the biscuit and make a criss-cross pattern on top, tucking in the edges. Bake on 350 degrees for 20 – 35 mins till golden brown.
