Valentines Day Dessert ~ Quick and Easy Heart Shaped Brownies and Ice Cream
Do you want to make a special treat for Valentines Day but you don’t have a lot of time? Then check out this QUICK and EASY Valentines Day dessert idea. You can make heart shaped brownies and ice cream. All you need is your favorite brownie recipe, ice cream and Heart Shaped Cookie Cutters .
Cut your brownie, use the cookie cutter to cut out a heart shape out of the middle, do the same to a slice of ice cream…. SWAP the two hearts and you are DONE, simple as that. I did find that cutting the ice cream with a knife into a slice (not a scoop) made it easier to cut the heart out. Also if the ice cream is SUPER COLD it is easier to work with, and won’t melt as fast.
