VTech contacted me and asked if I would like to review their InnoTab Interactive Learning Tablet
(a cutting-edge, multi-function tablet for children 4-9, packed with fun, the InnoTab offers interactive and animated e-books, learning games, creative activities and more – all in one compact, durable tablet.)  The kids were beyond excited about this product review and could hardly wait to pull it out of the box.  But I will be honest “high tech” toys are not my favorite thing because normally it mean “mom” has to spend several hours programming, reading and trying to figure out the new toy works so the kids can play with it.

But InnoTab states it is ready to play with right out of the box…. so I though well lets see how true that statement really is.  I opened the box, gave it to my three little ones and waited to see what happened.  They were captivated by the touch screen, and features.  I was thrilled to see they were able to navigate their way through the different options.  The different levels were a perfect for kids of different ages and skill levels.  It was fun to see what features the kids liked best.

• Matthew was all about the games, he liked the tilt-sensor games the best.
• Mckeely liked the calendar feature and all the ways she could personalize it, and her friends info and photos.  She also liked the reading games since she is learning to read.
• Maleeya liked the fact that she could have the stories read to her, and she liked the art game.  She is learning to drawn her letters and numbers so she had fun doing that on the InnoTab.
