Also, there was a $5 WAGS coupon (I think it was from the Diabetes & You booklet). If you give it to them last, you will actually make $5 on the deal!

Thank you for compiling this list!

Don’t forget about the Accu-Chek Aviva blood glucose meter for $9.99. There is a $10 manufacturer coupon available making this item FREE! I was at two Walgreens this week and there was not a sale sign on the item, but it did ring up properly at the register. It is listed on the second to last page of the ad.

Just a heads up, the “wet ones” coupon is printing out at $0.75/ 1 for me.

kristen January 17, 2010 at 9:43 pm

walgreens does adjust the amount of the coupon down if your coupon is worth more than the item, sometimes they give you trouble but they are supposed to do it….i found a letter on line, a email from corporate, to momsbyheart and i printed it out and carry it with me in my binder for incase i have any trouble…i did have to pull it out a few times, but now i established a relationship with the workers at the walgreens near my house and i just tell them how to do it on their register and they do it for me….this is the link of the email that you can print and carry with you….if your cashiers will listen to you on how the procedure is to be done….tell them key in the price then press mfg coupon instead of scanning the coupon….then they are supposed to put a line through the price on the coupon and put the amount to used the coupon for….for example…a sample of j&j baby lotion might me .98 and you have a coupon for $1.00 with no size restriction, they would press 98 mfg coupon….hope this helps everyone!

Can I use the Manufacturer coupon for Mitchum from target coupons in walgreens?

Jinjue January 17, 2010 at 2:24 pm

So on this deal

Select NyQuil or DayQuil $5 – spend $20 get $10 Register Reward; spend $15 get $5 RR

BUY 4 = $20
use the $2 from 1/17 PG use 4 coupons
also use Buy (2) Vicks products get a free box of Puffs facial tissues from 12/27 PG, use two
get back a $10 RR on four after you pay
Final Price: $2 for (4) NyQuil/DayQuil products plus two boxes of Puffs!

How would that work, because you would be buying 4 products, but using 6 coupons..?

A Thrifty Mom January 17, 2010 at 3:08 pm

You are buying 4 NyQuil and 2 puffs for a total of 6 products 6 coupons…hope that helps

Can someone tell me if Walgreens will price adjust a coupon? e.g. a coupon is $1/1 item, no size restriction and they have a travel size for 99 cents- will they adjust the coupon and let you use it?

Loves to save January 17, 2010 at 9:28 am

Has anyone in Idaho Falls tried the Neosporin Lip health? The price tag states 5.29, not 2/8.00.

Evelyn January 16, 2010 at 7:57 pm

Maybe I’m a complete dope, but what is the Walgreen’s Activity Booklet? Is that the regular booklet full of coupons that they put out each month?

A Thrifty Mom January 16, 2010 at 8:19 pm

Evelyn it is a little color book they put out once a year….it has coupons in the front and coloring pages for the rest. It can be found at some stores still but most stores no longer have them

Ingard January 16, 2010 at 6:34 pm

Be careful with your register receipt on the Nabisco products. I sent in for my Kraft rebate on Wheat thins however, the receipt did not line item list each box purchased (instead it was lumped). I was denied the rebate because it didn’t show I had purchased ten(10) items total even though I had gotten 5 boxes that totaled over $10 on the Walgreens receipt. :( Maybe it was just a glitch.

The Coupon "High" January 16, 2010 at 3:17 pm

There is a coupon for Sugar Free TheraFlu in the Diabetes & You booklet that will make the deal a money maker. Plus there should be a 60 cents coupon for Lipton tea in this weeks inserts. http://thecouponhigh.blogspot.com/2010/01/walgreens-deals-starting-117.html
