Dacia Alba March 8, 2010 at 12:24 pm

I twittered about this give away!

Dacia Alba March 8, 2010 at 12:22 pm

Our monthly grocery/home expense budget is currently $550, but since we’ve been actually sticking to our now “cash only” budget and using coupons, the amount is going down :)

Joan Carlson March 8, 2010 at 12:11 pm

My weekly budget for 2 adults, 6 dogs and 7 cats is about $75. Thanks again for all that you provide in your post!

Ashley Cope March 8, 2010 at 12:06 pm

Our family budget for a family of four per week is $75. It used to be a $100 a week before I started couponing, and that was just the bare minimum. We now have a full pantry of toiletries and food. I am loving this. This is my number one hobby is clipping coupons and finding the best deals.

Jean in Calif. March 8, 2010 at 11:57 am

It just depends on what I buy. Most weeks I spend $30.00 or so for just me and my son but then sometimes it will last longer than a week.

Frances March 8, 2010 at 11:50 am

I don’t actually have a budget, but generally spend $50 – $60 a week. There are just Hubby and I, but I also have my college student and her boyfriend over a couple of times a month to “shop” my pantry.

When we see our other 2 kids, we generally stock them up on anything they need that we have.

Last week, I took our oldest a ton of diapers and wipes.

So, I may get to cut down when all my kids are rich. LOL!

Holly March 8, 2010 at 11:50 am

I just downloaded your Tool Bar..That’s very handy..thank you :-)

Lori/NW Coupon Lady March 8, 2010 at 11:28 am

My budget is $125wk/$500month and that includes, food, cleaning supplies, personal items, and dog food. That is a comfortable budget for us.

Lori from NW Coupon Lady

Naomi March 8, 2010 at 11:13 am

My weekly grocery/personal items budget is roughly $85. It varies, though as some weeks I stock up on diapers and then the next month or two don’t have to buy them. I continually try to make the dent in my wallet smaller. :) Thanks for all of your help!

Amy B March 8, 2010 at 10:31 am

On a limited budget of $35 a week for food and personal items. This means we don’t eat out, and we are trying to build our stockpile.
thanks

Amy H. March 8, 2010 at 9:58 am

Rather than a weekly budget, I do a monthly grocery budget of $200 to $225 for my family of three. I just get $200 cash from my bank at the beginning of the month and it’s easier to keep track of that way.

Thank you for your great website and all your hard work!

Amy O. March 8, 2010 at 9:53 am

We have a weekly budget of $80 but it is SO hard to stick to it. My hubby is losing his job soon so I would like to cut it even more. I love coupons, so that helps! : )

jacqui March 8, 2010 at 9:52 am

My weekly budget has gotten a lot lower since I’ve been following YOU!!!However, I think I could do a lot better if I had an Albertsons near by. I still dream about been able to come up with the same deals you do…Boy, I’ve got a lot of learning to do! Keep up the GOOD WORK…You inspire me.

Keri March 8, 2010 at 9:20 am

I just subscribed to your blog on my reader a couple of days ago! A friend of mine tipped me off that you do Albertson’s deals. I LOVE getting free food. Thanks for all your hard work.

suzanne March 8, 2010 at 9:14 am

I try to keep our weekly budget to $25 for groceries and personal care items for our family of four. But we do eat out frequently which is not part of that total. And I do have a bit of a stockpile now. Thanks for all your money saving tips!

Sophie March 7, 2010 at 9:15 pm

My budget is $250 a month for a family of 3. Before couponing we were spending $550-600 so this is a spectacular savings!! Hope to get it down to $150-200 once I have a good stockpile.

Heather March 7, 2010 at 7:54 pm

Our weekly budget for 4 was about $75/week. I’ve recently started couponing and watching the ads more closely and it’s really started to make a difference. More inserts would be great to help continue this!

Kris March 7, 2010 at 7:20 pm

I would love to beef up my stock of coupons. I have been couponing for over a year but in March just made a budget.

I just subscribed. I spend about $100 a week on food for a family of five. I am diabetic and have to have a special diet. We also spend ay least $50 a month on personal care products. We can’t really afford to. Spend this much. I only have access to one paper and cannot print online coupons. Could really use the help.

jade March 7, 2010 at 7:09 am

Downloaded your toolbar.

Sarah March 7, 2010 at 6:17 am

I spend between $60-$75 per week for 3 people. We buy diapers for our one-year-old, and I’m still trying to master the couponing. Getting much better! I’m very inspired by everyone else’s budgets.

Kristy Torrez March 6, 2010 at 9:48 pm

Oops – my personal care items vary, I still have 1 in diapers, so about $20 a week depending on promos!!

Kristy Torrez March 6, 2010 at 9:47 pm

Pick me..pick me…please! I have a family of 5 (6yr, 2yr, 1yr) and these kids love to eat! We rarely eat out so having to cook 3 meals a day plus snacks..adds up!My budget is $75 a week, sometimes more depending on my stock. I’ve been suscribing to your website since September.
Thank you for all you do! You have me hooked!!

Sherri March 6, 2010 at 9:42 pm

My budget for a family of 5 has dwindled down to anywhere from $50-$80 per week(max) thanks to your amazing ideas and thrifty suggestions. You have really made me re-think my shopping and I appreciate everything you do for so many of us!!

Sarah Doyle March 6, 2010 at 7:08 pm

I do, I do… Our weekly budget is about $40-$50 weekly sometimes less. I try to stay under $20 on one trip to the store and I plan every penny spent before going to the store. We don’t go buy the same stuff every week because we stock up on the cheap items.

Mandy Rhodes March 5, 2010 at 7:55 pm

I posted on Facebook. I absolutely love this website. Thanks so much for providing us all this information!!!!

Kristi Galimov March 5, 2010 at 7:18 pm

My weekly spending is about $85, for a family of 5. 2 kids still in diapers and 1 on the formula. I think I’m doing much better now with spending, yey!

Silveria Reyes March 5, 2010 at 6:38 pm

Our family budget now is about $50 a month because we have a really big stockpile of food and personal care itemes.

Suzanne Foster March 5, 2010 at 5:54 pm

I get your emails and check your blog everyday!! Our weekly budget for a family of 6 is about $75 a week. We live in a small town so the paper doesn’t have many coupons in it so I would LOVE to get these. I usually have to order my coupons online…hmmm…I wonder if I could subscribe to your discounted paper even if I don’t live nearby :D

Nichole Van Bruggen March 5, 2010 at 3:51 pm

Ours is about 50 a week and thats for 2 people. I just started the coupon thing and i am trying to get the hang of it.

Bridget March 5, 2010 at 3:12 pm

Our weekly budget is $100 for a family of 5. It used to easily be $300!!!! Thanks!

Hanna March 5, 2010 at 11:39 am

My weekly budget is about 60 dollars a week. I’m new to the whole coupon thing but I am surely getting better thanks to your help. Hopefully I can learn to spread this 60 dollars a lot farther. Thanks for all the time you put into this.

Jennifer March 5, 2010 at 11:08 am

Our budget for a family of 6 is around $100 per week because we eat all natural and organic. Sometimes it’s more because we are foster/respite caregivers and can have up to 10 kids here at a time. Kids who haven’t had food really like to eat and we feed them well :o )
