My girls like to take some of my expired coupons and play with them. They tote them around in their little purses, and pretend to shop and trade them back and forth like money. So this is what happened the other day…
I am working at my desk when I see Maleeya pop her head around the corner
” Mom, I would like some chocolate please” handing me the coupon. So I smile and give her a little fun size crunch candy bar. She gets a big grin on her face, thinking this coupon thing is the best gig ever. She then puts her little finger over her mouth as she thinks then says, ” Um… Silly Mom, you forgot the M&M’s they are in my coupon too…see”
