Hey A Thrifty Mom readers, I’m Emily. I blog over at The Benson Street. I am so glad I get to share with you some of my ideas. Thanks to A Thrifty Mom for having me as a guest.
I love a good deal as much as the next gal, but what I love even more… free stuff!! I want to share with you a couple of projects to use with advertisement magnets that come on phonebooks or get stuck on your car. Yay for free stuff that can be refashioned!!!
The first project is a magnetic bookmark. Just cover the magnets with cute scrapbook paper and embellish with stickers.
I cut my magnets out in a tag shape using a sizzix machine (I also used my cricut to cut out magnetic shapes). I used a sticker maker to adhere the paper to the magnet. Embellish and tie together with a cute ribbon.
Just stick your page between the two magnets. A fun stylish way to hold your place.
I love that it is so easy to personalize something that you get for free!!!
What great ideas do you have to use free magnets???
