GameDay Seahawks Mini Martini Glass Dessert

This recipe could easily be altered to fit the Broncos colors as well, if that is the team you are cheering for. Just use blue and orange jello instead.

Recipe yields 3 dessert cups 2 oz size

You will need:

1 small box blue jello prepared
1 small box green jello prepared
Reddi whip or cool whip
Fresh blueberries for top
Lime for garnish
3 mini martini glasses (found in the party section at most stores)

These are perfect for parties, make with your kids or for that gameday party. Quick and easy made in 5 minutes or less. In the bottom of each martini glass put a tablespoon of blue jello. On top of the jello, put cool whip, then cover with an even layer of green jello. Top with Reddi whip and garnish with berry and lime. These can be made ahead of time too, but I would wait to put the cool whip on till right before serving.
