I had heard Kmart was doing doubles again next week, I was waiting for a reply back from Corporate to see if my area is part of the double promo. This was the email I got,

The current promotion is being held at select K-mart stores from 04/19/09 – 04/25/09. Unfortunately, there are no Idaho K-mart stores participating in this event. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. Once again, we appreciate your interest in our Double Coupon promotion, and thank you for taking the time to contact us
