With Walmart’s coupon policy if your coupon is more than the value of the item, they will allow an overage…which means you can make money using coupons! I have been told not all stores will allow this.
Walmart allows you to price match ads from most stores. You are not required to have the ad, but it is a good idea to have them in case there is a question.
