  • 1 cup chocolate milk
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice
  • 1 large banana that has been sliced and frozen
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter


  1. It is really important that your bananas are frozen before you make the smoothie or the texture and thickness of the smoothie will be "off". Taking the extra step to slice and freeze the bananas before is well worth the time. I slice them, then put them in an even layer on a plate while freezing.
  2. Put the chocolate milk, ice, frozen banana and peanut butter into a blender and blend till smooth and all the ice chunks are gone. Enjoy!
