In your crockpot add chicken ( I used 2 large breast, they are about the size of 4 smaller breast that I am use to). On top of the chicken, add 1 table spoon Italian seasoning. Add 1/2 cup water, 1 can cream of chicken soup, and 1 brick of cream cheese. Put the lid on and cook on high for the first 1 1/2 hours, mix it all up with a spoon making a sauce. Put the lid back on and cook on medium/low for another 2-3 hours. We eat it over the top of white rice, my family loves it.
I forgot to add that you can use frozen chicken, just add an extra 30 mins to cooking time. I love to take the chicken out of the freezer and pop it right into the crock pot…easy!
