Johann and matthew sharing a drinkStarted out the day with pancakes and eggs for breakfast. He finds it strange that could eat such a large meal to start the day.  Matt then headed to the city dump to drop some things off Johann went along.  He was very impressed with the size of the dump and the huge tractors.

We had a snack with the kids string cheese and sliced pepperoni.  He was not impressed with our cheese, its rubber texture and “plastic taste” also the fact that it was cold.  He had us laughing with his reactions.

For dinner we decided to eat out, Johann is still very impressed with the “free refills” that you get here in America.  He decided to take full advantage of the free refill option and put all the soda options into one cup and see what it taste like.  My son Matthew thought that was the best idea he had ever heard of.  The two of them giggled and laughed as they happily drank their new flavor combination.  The fact that they shared a cup had me in stitches :).

    Growing up my sister and I called that flavor combo (putting all the flavors in the cup) a Graveyard.
