A special shopping trip with Mom!

Before sale and coupon this would have cost $26.01

But I only had to pay $1.27

I paid with a gift card so I got it all FREE

I had a few errands to run today, and my little girls had to come along. Waiting in lines at the bank and post office is not much fun for them. They don’t normally come with me when I shop ( they are in bed or home with daddy) So going with me shopping is a real treat. I told them if they were good I would stop and get them a surprise. I had a Register Reward that I needed to use, so we went to Walgreens. I let the girls both pick out a toothbrush, and toy. Little did they know I had a coupon for the toothbrush, and the toys were Easter clearance marked 75% off. They were so excited, being that they don’t normally get “treats” at the store. We also picked up some hair bands and gum both free after coupon. It was fun for me to spend time with them, watching them pick out a toy. They had fun shopping with mommy, I hope they will learn to be Thrifty someday too!
