AndreaHawaiian pulled BBQ chicken
Add to crock pot in this order
2 lbs frozen chicken breast or boneless skinless thighs
1 large diced onion
1 20 oz can of crushed pineapple (if you like your sauce sweet don’t drain, if you like it more savory drain pineapple first)
1 18-20 oz bottle of your favorite BBQ sauceCook 7-8 hours on low heat. Remove chicken after 8 hours and shred, place back into crock pot for the chicken to soak up all the yummy sauce with lid off, on high, to allow the sauce to thicken a little. Cook for 10-20 minutes more and then serve on a roll or bun. Super easy and super GOOD!
She found this one SUPER easy, especially since it required only a knife and cutting board~ the can had a pull top.
Here are all the ingredients in the crock pot just as Andrea suggested.
The plated the Hawaiian pulled BBQ chicken was served with Coconut rice and sauteed summer vegetables.
It is sweet but very tender and aromatic!

This is a final recipe from Ingard’s kitchen
Crockpot Pot Roast
Peeled Potatoes – (enough to cover the bottom of the crock pot~ I used about 14)
Chopped Onion
Minced garlic (I really like garlic so I used 4-5 cloves)
Season salt
Carrots
1/4 – 1/2 cup water for the bottom of the crock pot
add chopped onion, garlic and season salt again.
The carrots can be under the braised meat or on top makes little difference.
Set the crock pot on HIGH for 4-6 hours OR LOW for 7-8 hours
The meat was SUPER tender, the potato and carrots were flavorful!
