Right now Target has most things in the 99 cent section at the front of the store- 50% off! This even includes the Rayovac batteries! The batteries are now only 50 cents! I bought some today and used the $1 off of one package coupon from HERE and type in code 74016761 (you can not copy and paste). I got FREE batteries and had 50 cents overage on each package!
So check your local Target and see if they have this deal going on.
