Ingredients1 bag 10 1/2 oz. BBQ chips {we use lays brand}
6 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
2 eggs, beaten
Lawry’s season salt (to taste)Whisk eggs and 1 tsp. season salt in a medium sized bowl, add chicken strips to whisked eggs and stir to coat strips.
In a food processor, process entire bag of chips.
Take one strip at a time and coat chicken strips with the chips.Place breaded strips on baking sheet and bake chicken at 350* for 15-20 minutes
