Camping Recipes ~ Reese’s S’mores, for the ultimate campfire treat

Camping Recipes ~ Reese’s S’mores, for the ultimate campfire treat

We went camping as a family last week,  and my nephew was celebrating his birthday. Being that we were in the mountains he decided he wanted S’mores for his special treat.  But to make it extra special we made them with Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups or they could choose Symphony Chocolate bars with nuts and toffee. They were pretty amazing, I have not had a S’more in years but they looked so good I could not resist. I enjoyed every last bite.

What you need to make the ultimate Reese’s S’more:

To get the chocolate nice and warm you can keep it in the wrapper and set it on a rock around the fire to help warm it up. Or you can take it out of the wrapper and set it right on the graham cracker by the fire to help warm it up. Add the toasted marshmallow on top smash between two crackers and enjoy.

Want to make them at home in the OVEN you can do that too!

You can use peppermint patties as well, or the mini mound bars.
