New again makeover

Ingard here, thanks to On The Banks Of Stony Creek  for passing along this thrifty make new again idea.  I would love to have this talent for seeing something beautiful and useful out of a well used product. I really think these are classy, I really like the fabric and how it flows with the chair back. Here is for inspiration. 😉

I found it at the Chester Goodwill store.  It was one of the items I purchased with my ‘Daily Deal’ voucher for half price.  I paid $2.62 for it.  It looks white in the picture, but it’s more of a light yellow and the paint is chipped in several places.

I’ve had this white hamper for a while.  I think I found it at a yard sale, but I can’t remember.  I was certain that a Magic Eraser or some bleach would take out the black stains on the top, but it was a no go.  The stains wouldn’t budge.

With a little white spray paint and leftover fabric, I now have some sassy bathroom or bedroom accessories! I’m very pleased at how they turned out.  Like them?  They’re headed to my booth at Lake Country Indoor Flea Market.
