Pumpkin Shaped Uncrustables Sandwiches for Kids #DIY #JifWhips

Pumpkin Shaped Sandwich, and fun and healthy treat for Halloween or Thanksgiving with Jif Whips #Halloween, #Pumpkin, #JifWhips, #SmuckersFall is here which means I have an excuse to make as many Pumpkin themed crafts or recipes as I want.  Jif Whips  has a new Pumpkin Pie Spice Jif Whips that is so good I could just sit down with a spoon and eat it right out of the tub.  It is smooth and creamy, the perfect blend of  pumpkin and peanut butter. My kids LOVE the Uncrustables that Smuckers make, so I thought I would try and make my own but shaped like a pumpkin.  This would be perfect for kids lunches for Halloween or Thanksgiving.  All you need to make this is a pumpkin cookie cutter, two slices of bread and Jif Whips and Jelly if you want.Spread the Jif Whips in the middle of the bread, try and NOT get the peanut butter on the edges (so it can crimp shut).  If you have a hard time knowing how big of a spot to fill, make a slight mark in the bread with the cookie cutter.  Put the two pieces of bread together.Use the pumpkin cookie cutter and press down in the middle of the sandwich.  If some of the edges are not crimped shut, use your fingers to pinch them shut. Store in a sandwich bag, and watch for your kids smiles as they find an adorable pumpkin sandwich in their lunch.  You can use the left over crust to make bread crumbs or homemade croutons.
