These cost $1 and contain five coupons for free Jr. Frostys! Coupons are valid between 11/1-2/1/12.  They sell out fast… so grab yours before they are gone.  Please note that NOT ALL Wendy’s locations will have these. But worth looking or asking for at your local store.
