Symphony Candy Bar Toffee Brownie Recipe

I am not sure why I have never thought of this before…. but this weekend I decided to combine two of my favorite things. Brownies and Symphony Candy Bars…. combined as one AMAZING dessert. The toffee and almond bits mixed with the chocolate make the brownies rich and more like a gourmet dessert.

Did I mention I just used a box brownie mix…. I made it like normal, but then I chopped a GIANT sized Symphony bar and added the chunks to the batter. Bake it according to the box directions, serve it up and I promise everyone will be asking you for your recipe. It is almost embarrassing when you tell people how EASY they are to make.

This is my favorite pan to cook brownies in Wilton 2105-0454 Brownie Bar Pan, makes them all have that chewy crust and soft gooey middle.
