Make Your Own Phone Case ~ Great Gift Idea!

If you are looking for an easy, thrifty gift, here you go!  The possibilities are endless!  Use patterned scrap book paper, or use plain white card stock and decorate it just right!  How perfect is this for Mother’s day or Father’s day?

You will need

A clear phone case (if you have an iphone, Amazon has these for really cheap!)

paper

markers

scissors and/or cutting tool

template of the back of your phone (you can google this and find just the right size for the model of your phone!)

There are a couple of ways you can do this, you can trace your template onto your card stock, cut it out and then decorate it the way you want.  Perfect for an older child.

Or, have the child decorate the full sheet of paper,and then trace and cut out anywhere.  Perfect for younger kids.

Carefully cut out your template on your paper of choice with scissors.  For the hole on the back for the camera, a small craft cutter or utility blade works great to get in there.
