I saw this gift and thought how cool it would be to make for my husband for our anniversary. Often I wonder if a day in my life does make a difference. This is a fabulous reminder that every day does count!
Supplies Needed:
*Computer
*Printer
*8 x 10 picture frame
When choosing a font, it helps to think of the style of the person to whom the gift will be for. Does the person like curly letters, simplistic, or traditional. I love how there are so many different kinds of fonts to choose from. A fun idea could be to change the font colors too. In our family each child has a color that I typically used for them; blue for my 2nd child.
Frames are another area to personalize this gift. One year we glued all different size buttons around the outside of a frame. My kids loved to pick out the buttons and select just the right one. Colored frames are great too. You can refurbish an old frame by painting it. Many stores have discounted frames too. The paper could be colored paper and written on with a marker, instead of using a computer paper and a printer.
When taping, make sure you have the paper lined up exactly. I have made this mistake one to many times. Ha Ha!
I think this is a great gift of remembrance for so many different types of occasions. I know my husband will love it!
