I was at Target today and I found some Clairol Natural Instincts on clearance for $4.28. Used the $4 off coupon from 4-19RP and got them for 28 cents each. They had a lot of different colors, and the price on some of them said $6.01 but when I scanned them they were all $4.28. Thanks for passing this along Destiny.
