Avocado, banana and spinach smoothie
This delicious avocado, banana and spinach smoothie is almost too simple to make! Get your nutrients in but feels like you are having a real treat. This recipe makes one serving, but is easily doubled or more.
You will need:
1/2 Avocado
1 ripe banana
1 cup cold milk of choice
1 Tbsp of honey
Small handful of washed spinach *just grab it with the tips of your fingers, you don’t want too much.
Blend everything together until smooth and creamy. Serve and enjoy.
I love how creamy the avocado makes the smoothie. That is part of what makes it so decadent I think. You don’t even taste the spinach, so kids are going to love this avocado banana and spinach smoothie without even realizing they are having something that is good for them. Mom win!
