This weekend Matt and I celebrated our 13th anniversary. I have told you before that I am very practical which some times makes it hard for Matt to give me gifts since the standard flowers and chocolate is not my thing.
Something absolutely amazing happened this weekend… We cleaned our garage, and I can now pull my van in. Those of you who have seen my garage “aka the space in my home that looked like it could have been featured as a episode of hoarders” is CLEAN! I can now pull my van in and park… I can see the floor, I can see the walls, I can see dust on the floor WHO CARES I can see the floor and that rocks…. I literally SANG AND DANCED I was so happy.
When we moved in everything just got dumped there, when we replumbed the whole house everything got dumped there, when we remodeled the kitchen the whole kitchen got dumped there…. SO it was really bad. Took a ton of work but it is now cleanÂ
Best present ever! Thank you Matt for understanding my random crazy love language “acts of service” and helping me clean that beast I felt so very loved.
