Learn how you can be apart of helping people who are in need with our Chicken Orphanage Project or our A Thrifty Mom Bag of Rice Project . In 2016 we started helping a young man named Ikechukwu from Nigeria. Summer of 2019 we were able to visit his family in Aba, Nigeria. While there we saw widespread poverty and lack of basic needs. We also met a young man named Isaac, smart and hard working but could not find employment. After talking a bit we found he had built a chicken coop and wanted to farm chickens. We asked him if he would raise chickens for us that would then be donated to feed children in local orphanages. The only food or supplies they get are what are donated, so they often go without any source of protein. We would like to invite you to help meet one of those basic needs, by providing Nigerian families with rice or chickens. This gift will feed a large family for a few months, or a single person a year. It also reminds them they are loved, and brings most of them to tears… as a full bag of rice is one of the most generous gifts they will ever receive. Chickens are only available to purchase as once they are big enough to butcher, so if you see they are out of stock he is in the process or growing another flock.

The following story talks about our visitation to NWAMAKA’S ORPAHNAGE HOME. chickens were donated, thanks to Jake And Amber Given, Janice Martin And Melissa Silver. We donated TEN (1O) chickens. Thanks to generous donations.
Wow, it’s another great day to be here, this shows then front view of Nwamaka orphanage home showing there sign post.
I can’t just imagine the type of happiness in todays donations, like the kids immediately they saw us and we bring in the chicken, the kids took it like over happiness, they were shouting Uncle has bring another chicken as they know it will be prepare for them later in the day in a good meal, there reaction towards that i being shown in the video down, i my self was very happy to also see the kids happy too.
After all they start putting them inside one of the rest room and very happy as shown in the photo , they prayed for us after everything that god will surely bless and keep us save.
This shows all the chickens been donated were they were kept inside one of there bathroom due to no much space and there was no other place aside this for them to be protected and more save, they all are Ten (10) in numbers as been shown in the photo.
After we must have finish putting in the chickens, the kids immediately decide to close the door for them not to come out and then to be more save, each day we visit this kids am always happy because it really makes them happy also for we are doing the work of righteousness and our rewards is from Above.
